When it was your 13th birthday...

Did you celebrate it with friends? If so, where did you go? My parents won't let me have my 13th birthday party with friends. I'm trying to convice them to let me have 3 or 4 friends somewhere.

Ah, yes. My 13th birthday. November 4. We never have school on my birthday, usually because of the teachers convention. Except last year. We had school. It was on a Friday. My teachers spoiled me silly -- or as far as teachers let kids get away with things We had a cast party in Language Arts because we had put on a play the previous few days. It was all good.

My friends and I had our party at the local indoor swimming pool place. It was great.

The previous September, my mother had hurt her leg. She was out of work for a few weeks, because she couldn't walk. She told me that having a family party was out of the question. Well, on November 13, my parents and I went to the city my grandma lives in. We were going to go out for dinner -- just the four of us. Well, we get to the resturaunt, and there was the rest of my family ! Suprise.

That's what my parents suggested last year. One: My guy friends wouldn't come (Without a doubt) And two: My girlfriends wouldn't want to be in swimsuits.

I had my two best friends *then* go to the Scaregrounds with me since my bday is in October.
But, they got too scared... so we went to the Scaredy Cat drive through Haunted Forest for like 4 year olds but it was still fun
They then came to my house for a sleepover!

My 14th birthday was teh best though. All day with my friends doing what I love best: Theatre! It was amaxing.

uhh this year i'm thining about having a real party.

um, i had my friends with me. and a bunch of other people i didnt know. i was at a smelly volleyball center. we played games. got first place.

in case you havent figured it out, i spent my 13th birthday at a volleyball tournament. it wasnt too bad. like i was the "star" of the day or something. and to top it off, my parents went to walmart to get a cake and balloons and they(parents, coach, teamates) sang happy birthday to me really really loud. boy! that was embarrasing. then girls from other teams kept saying happy birthday to me and stuff.....it was cool though!

and later that night, we had a basketball banquet with different friends and my friend spent the night afterwards and we had more cake so i guess it wasnt THAT bad!

oh yeah....and we got first place at the tournament too!

but, i also lost my $30 pants........but found them a month later....ok, why am i babbling? :

Hmmm. My 13th b-day party was nothing special. My friends and I went to Gasho (a Japanese restaurant where they cook right in front of you), and then we saw Shark Tale. But for the day of my birthday, my parents and I spent the night in the city, saw Wicked, and got to go backstage and meet Idina Menzel. That totally made it the best birthday ever

I had a blow out with all my friends two months before my birthday, but I always spend the actual day with my family.

My birthday was on December 16th...I had a fancy dress party and all my friends came over dressed up it was soo fun and funny!

i had my b-day in WDW but i had a surprise party with my friends after (which i got the the worse service in the restarant)but it was good

Me and my family had a nice loud dinner (embarressing me) at a local favorite restaurant. We had cake and I got money, like every year. It was one of the best birthday parties I've ever had though!!!

Now the 12th birthday was something to talk about!! My mom took me and 6 of my closest friends to get our hair and nails done. Then we went ot have our picture taken, then we went to Lunch. It was THE best b-day party I've ever had!!!

Now though I just hang out with family at dinner. And party with my friends at school.
