OY VEY!
I noticed awhile ago that my van was leaking but I put it off because it wasnt a huge deal. THEN my AC didnt work... now THATS a problem LOL so I took it into the shop on Friday. Friday night they called and said " well... your radiator is shot, you have a leak in the tranny, and you need a couple of new hoses. The good news is your AC just needs to be charged" ok so I have the extended warranty ( which *I* insisted we buy!) with $0 deductible so all I have to pay for this whole mess is $200 for the AC fix and the extra hoses. Not bad, if I didnt have the warranty it would have cost over $900.
Then my dishwasher ( brand new) sprung a leak somewhere. It was slow drip and we had just wiped it up. well it wasnt a slow leak, it was just going under the floor. So... call the plumber and he says " its an easy fix but it will be $100." He told me what needed to be done and I figured we could do it so we paid him the service call fee and went to buy the parts ourselves. So Dishwasher is fixed now
Of course all of the summer activities are also due this week and the associations I belong to for work are also due.
and the lawn fertilizer guys came yesterday too.
Im not looking for sympathy really. I know it could be so much worse. Im just amazed at how frequently this happens you know?
I mean one thing goes and the rest just pile on top of it. LOL
At this point its actually quite funny.
This kind of thing happen to anyone else?
