When is your school's spring break?

I usually pull the kids out of school for our Disney trip (less crowded) but am considering going on our Spring break from school. Ours is 4/9-4/16 this year.. when is yours??

I live in coastal NC and ours is the week of March 14...

My SIL's kids have their's the week of March 6 which is when we're gong to DW, since her kid aren't allowed to miss more than three days of school. (Oh she lives in Abilene, TX)

Starts good Friday and they are off the following week

Bryan County, GA (near Savannah) is April 5-9 next year - the week preceding Easter.

Ours is April 19 - 23. I find it amazing how much it varies from place to place!

I was actually counting on the dates being staggered a bit! - my thinking was that if wasn't a 'standard' holiday period such as Thanksgiving the crowds MAY not be overwhelming. In 2001 we arrived the Thursday before Thanksgiving & it was deserted, we woke up Saturday morning & it was like the day of the locusts.. there were people crawling everywhere! The past few years I've pulled the kids out for about 3 days each time but would prefer not to this year if I can help it.
