Hi everyone! My latest scheme to get my DH back to the Mouse is to suggest Disneyland for next August. I know the latter part of August is value season for WDW, is it the same for DL? I think Fl would be too hot and humid in August for us but was hopeful that DL might be reasonable. I'd be thinking maybe 5 days in Anaheim, plus a drive up the coast to San Francisco, maybe a day or two in Las Vegas. Am I mad thinking that with two boys? (Who will be nearly 13 and nearly 7)

Any advice most welcome from you more experienced travellers :teacher: :worship: :disrocks:

2005 Seasons

Value Season: 1/4-3/17, 4/10-7/2, 8/28-11/21, 11/27-12/22
Regular Season: 7/3-8/27
Holiday Season: 3/18-4/9, 11/22-11/26, 12/23-1/2/06

It would have to be late August, looks like. Sorry!

Regular season still cheaper than Easter! Thanks for those dates, most helpful :teeth:

I think the "season" only effects the hotel prices (not the park prices). As for the official dates listed, I still see higher than normal crowds the few days after Thanksgiving until after the first weekend in Dec. That's just personal experience talking though.
I've yet to do WDW, so I'm not sure about how the pricing at DL compares to the pricing at WDW. I can tell you that AUG in CA is hot! Expect 90 degree range, but at least it's not as humid as the East Coast (even warmer in Las Vegas - expect 110 degree range there). SF weather should be pleasant at that time of year.

Thanks - its the humidity that gets me (and wrecks my hair!! :sad2: )
