Can anyone tell me when the Three Broomsticks is open during the day? Is this somewhere we can grab an early dinner, or is it strictly lunchtime fare?

Does Three Broomsticks open with the park or does it open at lunchtime (typically 11:00AM)? Would arriving for an early lunch help stay ahead of the lunch crowd?
