when is the latest points can be cancelled

If DH actually goes through with cancelling out his part of our Nov 30th cruise, when is the latest we can get those points back? I know I would need to pay adult points for DS but could I get his childs points back or do I forfeit them all?
We have a June use year so normally what we dont use needs to be rolled over by Nov 30th.

You can not get your points back. You have traded them into the Disney Collection. 60 or more days before sailing all reservation points will be restored to your account to be used for Disney Collection only and expire ant the end of the use year. They may not be used for DVC Resorts nor II exchanges. You may also be subject to an additional $75 transaction fee for changing your reservation.
