When is the last seating at restaurants?

We are going in October and would like to get a dinner reservation at Yak & Yeti. There are no PM EMH's during our trip and I think the park closes at 6 every evening. So, if the park closes at 6, what is the last they will allow us to make an ADR. Thanks!

If you go to the Dining Reservations page and put in all the info for the restaurant you want (date, # in party, desired time) it will show you the availability. The last seating varies with the restaurant and time of year. I've seen last seating at park close, give or take about 15 minutes so there's no hard and fast rule.

We are going in late August and on the day that we have booked Yak & Yeti the park closes at 6:00. The lastest dinner reservation that I could make was 5:45. We have never eaten at this restaurant before and we are really looking forward to this.
