When is the Halloween golf cart parade?

Is it the 30th, the day before Halloween? I believe it is but I want to double check so that I can add it into our schedule for October.

I'd say the 31st also, especially since it is a Wednesday.

Thanks everyone! I know that two years ago it was not on Halloween. I think that for now I'll try to plan both the 30th and 31st as campground days.
