When is the Big Hero 6 Ride Coming?

Right. But a silent hit might as well not be a hit. I have no doubt that a lot of people liked it but it did not seem to capture the imagination of the masses. I think that has to happen before a major attraction is even thought of.

Sometimes I think Disney is their own worst enemy on "hits".

Both my 4yr old DD and my 6yr old DS *LOVED* Baymax and Big Hero 6. Me & my DH did as well. My sister's family loved it too. It is a GREAT story!

I just spent an hour and a half in Toys R Us yesterday with them spending gift cards. Know how much Baymax was there? NADA.

It's not that the kids don't get excited to see Baymax merchandise. They do when they see it! It's just that Disney hasn't marketed it like the Princess stuff!

So which comes first? The chicken or the egg? Is Baymax a silent hit because Disney didn't do as much promotion? Was there a McD's Happy Meal toy? etc etc

Agree with you! I mean, like many great Disney movies, Big Hero 6 has a great potential for a ride, but Disney has to make sure the ride will be a success for years to come...
