When is Soap Star Weekend?

Does anyone know when Soap Star Weekend is? Does this really add to the crowds? If so, just for the weekend or the entire week?

according to deb's site, the 2004 dates have not been announced yet,but probably will be early november.

In 2003, the Soaps weekend was November 8 & 9. It is only on the weekend and only at MGM Studios. So, don't worry about your vacation plans if you are going that week. You might just want to avoid MGM on Saturday and Sunday.
