We are making our ADRs next week and I'm trying to figure out which day to do O'Hana. I'm assuming it's busier on the weekends but is there a specific day of the week when it's not too crowded? Is it better to make an early reservation or late reservation?? :confused3

Ohana's is the only place we wait past our ADR time, So I would say the earlier the better. Alot of people enjoy watching Wishes from Ohana. And we waited the longest our our ADR at Breakfast than dinner, 45 min after.

The short answer is that it's not busy when it's not open.

You may think I'm kidding but basically they're booked solid from the time they open until the time they close, for both breakfast and dinner.

The closer to opening you make your ADR, the shorter your wait time will be.

As far as which day to go for, look at your overall itinerary and figure out where it'll best fit.

For breakfast, I prefer last seating. For dinner, I prefer first seating. That's just my preference though.

Unfortunately, Ohana is almost always busy.

If you book an earlier reservation chances are you won't have a very long wait after you check-in. As the night goes on, wait times after checking-in have been known to be upwards of 30-45 minutes.

I've never been to 'Ohana when it wasn't busy to be honest. Even for breakfast it has always been either packed for almost full. I'm guessing trying for an ADR when the restaurant first opens or a late ADR would be your best bet but even when we had 9:00 pm ADR's the restaurant was still full.

'Ohana is always busy.

Do you want the entertainment for the children? If you do, remember it ends at 9:30. If you have kids and want the entertainment you are better off with an earlier reservation.

Hahahaha!!! :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Thanks for all the feedback. I was afraid that is exactly what everyone was going to say! I think we will shoot for an early ADR for dinner!!
