When is holiday decorating complete @ WDW?

Hi,
Trying to nail down a time to go to WDW next year.
I would like to see the decorations at the parks and resorts and go to MVMCP. (And possibly catch the tail end of the F&W Fest. but would not lose sleep if we missed F&W.)
When is the earliest that all the decorating is complete?

The tree at MK doesn't go up until after the parade taping which is usually the first weekend in December, so I would guess that true decorating completion isn't until then. I would say most other stuff minus that tree is up a couple weeks before that.
