When is Food and Wine Fest info released?

I know the dates for this year's F&W Fest, but does anyone know when they release the specific info about the seminars, dinners, etc.? I e-mailed WDW and got a general response to keep watching the website. Thanks!

The past few years, some information started to come out in July.
