As 2025 wraps up, I'm getting more and more excited about our return trip to DLP. We had to wait until September 9th this year for the rest of 2026 to be available, but we are booked for 31 May through 3 June at The Disneyland Hotel. My son and his friend are joining us and they will be staying at Sequoia Lodge. We were at DLP for the first time in 2023 staying at Sequoia Lodge, but that was only for 2 days and after a 12 day, 7 country tour of Europe. We were exhausted after the tour and too tired to really take in the parks. My wife had blisters on both feet before we got to DLP because her luggage was lost and she spent 10 days walking around Europe with terrible shoes. This time, we are doing 4 days in the parks before heading to Paris for a few of days.

Two years ago, the Disneyland Hotel was closed, still being remodeled and World of Frozen land was just a bunch of dirt piles. We are regulars at WDW in Florida and have been to Disneyland in California a couple of times. We usually take our motorhome to Florida and stay at Fort Wilderness or fly in and stay at a Value resort. We have stayed at the very nice DVC resorts a few times, but never at one of the top deluxe resorts. The Disneyland Hotel will be a splurge for us. Sequoia or Newport would be fine.

Let us know your 2026 DLP plans and what you are excited for.

DH and I are going to DLP for the first time in May! We are staying at Newport Bay.

I heard that DLP has the best version of Space Mountain, so I'm really excited to try that ride. I also just saw on Reddit that there is a media event on Monday, November 24th and the opening date for Frozen Land might be announced. Fingers crossed it opens before we go!!

I hadn't seen the possible 24 November announcement. I just keep finding "Spring 2026". In Disney seasons, that could be February- July. :rotfl2:

My spouse won a European River cruise but we're holding off on scheduling it so that we can tack on a few days at DLP to see World of Frozen. "Spring 2026" is too vague to make definite coordinating plans, especially since I want to try to score a Frozen junior suite at the Disneyland Paris Hotel.

We are going last week of August. Staying at Art of Marvel. I was debating between club level at Sequoia or Newport Bay v. Standard at Art of Marvel. I reached out to the people that do Dedicated to Disneyland Paris (d2dlp) podcast (highly recommend) who helped me decide. We are there a full week so I wont get super stressed about park itinerary. I am very much looking forward to getting on all the rides and enjoying the walkthroughs. I do want to get in one or two full day trips to Paris though which will take more planning as we need to pack stuff in.

Going for 5 nights (4 full park days) second week of September. Hubby and his grandma have never been, and my first trip was in 2013, so I almost feel like it'll be new for me too lol!

I'm looking forward to experiencing the onsite bubble (4 nights Cheyenne, 1 night Sequoia) since last time I stayed offsite in Val d'Europe, and of course the beautiful Disney theming. And I always look forward to riding the thrill rides since Western Australia only has 1 rollercoaster in the entire 2,529,875 km² state, and it's only open during summer 😆

I expect Frozen will be open for our trip, but not sure how busy it will be being newly opened - we'll probably avoid it if it's too crowded since none of us are massive Frozen fans. We'd be first in line if it was the Lion King section!
