When Is Booking "Held" When Booking Withn SWA

If booking with SWA online.
At what part of the process is the booking "held" (ience you click on your available chosen flight?...........Aplly your Credit Card?........or, right down to the last click of the mouse ?)

I think it is pretty much at the end of the process when you actually have a booking. I think after you confirm all the credit card info and personal info, you will go to the booked stage. I think the seats are temporarliy held to give you enough time to enter in all the information to buy them but there is a certain length where you will potentially lose those seats.

I think it is down to the last click. I had 3 seats for December all set to go and when I did the accept click, it was gone. I called SWA and they told me to refresh the site and it showed the flights were gone. She said someone booked them out from under me. I guess I wasn't a fast enough typer. Luckily the next day the flights came back up at the same ding price. People are booking and canceling all the time on SWA so if you don't get your flight right away,check in a couple of hours and you might get it.
