Chris was hungry- no shock there so we were heading to the American Adventure for some grub.
But I had to stop first. Something was calling my name.

Too funny that "Great" called you out!!
That's hysterical!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And it's a super cute picture of you and your slushie! Nice of you to share a taste.
That IS funny that he called you out on that. Ah Disney.
I like the lemon ones - yummmmmm.
Well, look at it this way - at least you didn't suck down a rita or that pink champagne vodka stuff in 6 minutes.![]()
Love those slushies! Funny remark from the story teller!
Mine, Mine, Mine!!
Love your trip reports! This photo just drew me in. Can't imagine why!Looking forward to reading about the momma bear moment!

I'm surprised you made it last though the whole story.
Nice picture of you by the way.
6 minutes and no brain freeze...that is an accomplishment!
Thanks for the compliment. I posted some outtakes.![]()
I didn't know how right I was about that one you originally posted!![]()
So I offered a strawful of mine. I hadnt touched it, so I dipped a straw in and gave it to her. She ended up ordering one.
The CM even thought we were together. It was fun to meet someone like that.
That slushie looks good! I've yet to have one. Six minutes???!! You knocked that sucker back!![]()
First of all...delicious looking Grand Ma slushie. I somehow managed not to have on in July.Second...isn't it amazing how you can meet people in Disneyworld? For every story I hear about not so nice interactions with people, I feel like I either about or have personally experienced three amazing interactions that probably wouldn't happen in the "real world." Just part of the reason I love Disneyworld so much.

She was asking what was what and wondering how orangey the Grand Marnier was. As we are talking, she asked the CM for a taste so she could see.

We had texting princess. The story teller called her that.I bet you can't guess what she doing while he was telling his story.

As he was making his rounds to leave, he came up to me.
He said You started when I did. Now you are all done. Six Minutes. Then he continued walking.
Yeah, I try that trick at Le Cellier all the time. "Can I just have a little steak?"
She was so conflicted and how exactly do you describe orange? You're a kind soul! Especially considering the price per ounce of slushie!![]()
I still like Whispering Canyon's technique of dealing with this: "QUIET EVERYBODY! SHE'S ON THE PHONE!!"

great TR!!!
Everyone is so right about meeting people in WDW and making a friend that you'll probably never see again. It's one of the few places you can be friendly, talkative and people don't really question it, maybe it's because it's a place all about spreading joy and having fun....no matter your age.

Love the picture of you with your hair down!!I think I've told you before how you need to do that more, and here you did!
The out-takes are classic!!

I have yet to try the orange booze slushie.I tried the lemon one last time and it's good up until a certain point and then it's too much, especially in the heat.
And don't bother trying the limoncello in Italy when it's hot out.

Pretty much the only place I talk to 'strangers'. It's especially nice when you see someone who clearly has no WDW knowledge and you can help them plan or understand something better - simple things like what order to do rides, how to get to a resort for a dinner, what to order, how Fastpasses and/or baby swaps work, etc. When they seem truly appreciative and they walk away with more confidence in what they are doing, it's nice.
