When I'm having a bad day I...

When I am having a train wreck of a day and I am trying to get to sleep, but my brain dwells on things it should not, I mentally go through the motions of my trip stage-by-stage as if I were doing it in my mind. For instance, I pack the car, check-in for our flights, imagine take-off, arriving at MCO, fake monorail, arrival at resort... you get the idea. This will often get me to sleep in a much better frame of mind.
 
As an elementary teacher I need my happy place more often than I like to admit. I imagine myself walking down Main Street USA all by myself. No one around just me and the mouse. It is a beautiful thing.... I think I'll go there now... ahhh:cloud9:
