When has free dining been offered?

I mean other than this past August thru Sept, has it been offered for the same months last year also?

So far its been offered for people living in the UK.

In 2005 it was for 8/21/05 -10/4/05:

For stays 8/21/05-10/4/05 package discounts for general public ("free dining") became available to book on 6/2/05, exp 7/3/05

In 2006 it was for 8/13/06 - 9/30/06:

For stays 8/13/06-9/30/06 package discounts for general public ("free dining") became available to book on 4/4/06, exp 6/4/06

For 2007 so far only UK res offered free dining pkg, for August 12 - September 29, 2007 :

Book between August 25, 2006 and November 6, 2006 for arrivals between August 12, 2007 and September 29, 2007
