When does Vera Bradley typically offer % off sale prices/big sales?

I know that for the last two years, I have been able to buy deeply discounted Vera Bradley stuff on their website for MIL's Christmas gift. I can't remember if it was something like 40% off sale prices code or it was a site wide sale.

Right now they have typical sale stuff on their site but nothing additional % off.

Anyone familiar with Vera Bradley remember? Thanks

I got an email yesterday for 20% off sale items and free shipping for orders over $75. The discount comes up when you go to check-out.

I bought some beautiful gifts yesterday with the 20% discount and free shipping.

Some of the items I wanted to purchase were already sold out.

Sometimes you take a chance when waiting for the ultimate sale. I would rather spend the couple dollars difference and get what I want.

The Bowler Bag in microfiber was gone in a flash! It would have made a great gift for my mother-in-law at that price.

I've been toying with a bunch of sale things for over a week & was pleasantly surprised to see that it's now an extra 20% off sale items & free S&H (over $75) through Sunday. I do remember the sale items going lower at some point last year - I want to say mid to late November - but it was really picked over by then & I was kicking myself for not ordering it sooner. Lesson learned, I'm ordering today!

I got some gifts today too but I wanted the smaller backpack and it was gone. I know that just before Chrismas they have a sale but when you try to purchase the items are mostly sold out. I am betting it will be on Black Friday. However, I do not think they go with free shipping as they have now.

I must however vent. I HATE their website. You go to the trouble of putting something in your cart and think you have it and then when you get to the check out they tell you it is not there. Why not just not let it go to the cart. What a waste of time. They rather then show you the price on each item you need to go and hunt the price for each color. Could they make it any less user friendly?

It is a poorly designed website and almost as bad as the MAC make up website which is the ultimate in horrible websites to shop.

i think i'm giving up on vera bradley. one of the magnetic pocket snaps came off the purse i gave DD for her birthday ONE month ago, and i always order through Sunshine Rewards and every time i order, i have to file a trouble ticket with SR to get my cash back. VB just doesn't want to pay up. i'm hoping the vera bradley fad passes soon.

Return the bag and they will refund or replace if they have the pattern/style available. I had no issues with a return of a bag that the seam around the zipper tore away on. I took it to a store in my area that sells them, with my original reciept and she called and had my card credited for the purse.

No, go to your nearest VB seller and return the purse. You do not have to pay to ship it that way. It doesn't matter where it was purchased it still is under warranty. If you call the VB number they will tell you to either mail it back to them at your cost or take it to your nearest retailer and they will do the return process for you. If they have the same purse in stock they will give you a new one on the spot, if not they will call VB and have it credited to you in the same way you paid for it and you are free to purchase a new one or order on line.

Their site is different than the last time I went on there and I, too, hate it! You have to click on every single dang pattern to see which is discounted. So irritating!

I found if you go to MORE and then click on the colors at the very end you will find most of the discounted ones. it does not work all the time but it is a place to start. Last year it was also torture...I would put things in my basket and then got to check out and it would be out. Honestly I think they are just trying to trick you.
