When does Tower Of Terror close exactly?

Hi all! New to the forum. So sorry if this has been posted already. I want to surprise my daughter with a trip to Disneyland before ToT closes. And, I'm worried because we may not be able to take her until January. I don't want to get there after the ride is shut down. And, I'm trying to see if there's anyway to find out exactly when it's closing.

DLR has its own forum, and there has been a lot of discussion there about this. (I'm certainly bummed about it!) I don't believe there is a firm date, other than sometime this fall. From this, I would think early January would be okay. But you never know, depends on their idea of 'early'.

As others have said, they have not yet announced a closing date for ToT. If I had to guess, I would guess that ToT will remain open at least through the end of the holiday season at DLR (that date has not yet been announced, but likely somewhere between Jan 6th and 8th based on the last few years). I think it's possible that ToT could close at any point after the holiday season ends, so if you plan to go in January, I would go as early as possible.

Just a refurb. It has been on the calendar for the past few weeks to be closed for a few days. We actually forgot to ride it on Sunday, so we missed it for our trip this last week.
