When does Toontown fair open?

Hi all,

I've only got 6 days left to put the finishing touches on all our touring plans (which my DS1 and DS3 will make a mockery of, I'm sure...)!

I have a question: Does Toon Town Fair open when MK opens (in our case, 9:00a.m.?)

On EE day, when does it open?

Toon Town is not open during early entry, I don't believe.

I'm just going to bump this back to page one for you so that some of our veterans can share their expertise with you.

That area opens at 10am. Sometimes they have acharacter or 2 come over and officially open it and sometimes it is just opened by a cast member.

During Extra Magic Hour (when the MK opens to resort guests at 8:00 a.m.) Toontown opens at 9:00. Otherwise, it opens at 10:00.

Every time we've been to EE it still didn't open til 10.

But that would be great if this trip it was 9
