When does Toon Town open?

I know the times for everything is always changing. But I was hoping to get a better idea of how it worked so I can plan my day.

When MK opens at 9:00am, what time does Toon Town open?

On EE days when MK would open at 8:00am for "resort" guest's and 9:00am for the general public, what time would it open then?

Also Adventureland opening later?

How is that going to work with the same times stated above?

I'm so confused

I believe it opens 1 hour after the public opening time

It opens at 10 but we were in line at 9:45 and were in the front of the line. The line was the biggest one I saw in the park!!!

My daughter got to walk down the "street" to Minnie's house, holding Minnie's hand!!!! That made standing in line worth it!
The characters all came to drop the rope, and held children's hands and led them to the chaos, I mean, the characters!
