when does the monorail stop running from GF to MK when park closes at 9pm?

Hi! We are planning on having dinner at the GF Cafe on August 25th. Even though we will have a rental car, we were planning on taking a bus from BCV to MK that day and taking the monorail to our dinner at 7:20. When I originally made the reservation, MK closed at 10pm, now I see it closes at 9pm. My question is since we will probably be at dinner until atleast 8:30-9:00pm, will we be able to return to MK via the monorail even though MK closes at 9:00? Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you!!

I feel so bad because I was really hoping we would have been able to return to the MK and do atleast one if not two more attractions. Oh well. Thank you for any help or suggestions!!

I believe the monorail goes at least one hour past MK closing time, but if you run late, you can always take a bus from GF to DTD and then from DTD to your hotel.

Thank you for your quick response. I thought I had read somewhere that the buses run about one hour after the parks close. However, I was not sure about the monorail. I could see it running to the resorts up to one hour after the park closes, but do you think I can take it back to MK from GF up to one hour after the park closes? Thanks so much for your help!!

Thank you dznyntnh for your response, but just bumping this up to see if anyone knows for sure if we will be ok returning on the monorail from dinner at the GF to MK, when mk closes at 9 pm and our dinner ADR is for 7:20. Then, we can take a bus to BCV, I guess. I am thinking maybe the monorail will run to the hotels to get people back to where they are staying, but maybe not back to MK since it closes at 9 that night. Does anyone have experience with this. I am not positive, but I believe that the buses and monorails run for more than an hour after the park officially closes. People are not rushed out of the parks, and can wander slowly out. The buses will continue for a while. And the monorail will stop at the MK as long as it is running. I don't think you should have a transportation problem

If it runs for an hour after the park officially closes, it has to keep stopping at MK to pick up more guests. It takes quite a while to empty MK out.
