When does the DCA / Disneyland Wheelchair booth actually OPEN?

Hi, I've searched here and the Disney website to no avail... We're hoping to be there for rope drop next month and my DW will be needing a chair to help her legs heal (she's able to stand in lines, it's all the walking we're looking to avoid). I understand there's a more than fair chance that we'll have available wheelchairs when we get there, but I want to plan out when I should be there to stand in line with the credit card ready to go. Any advice?

I think it opens between 7-7:30 am each morning on an 8 am opening. We no longer need to rent a wheelchair (bought our own) but we have never had an issue getting one and still making rope drop at Disneyland.
