When does the Connection membership start?

If I decide to continue after the 30-day trial, does the annual membership include the trial period? In other words, does Connection give you 13 months or 12 months (including the trial period? Thanks so much.

It starts as soon as you sign up so you get 12 months. The first 30 days is just to see if you like it or not. I like it. I have used meal vouchers at Disney and merchandise cards to buy stuff with like Christmas presents and we also used the dining certificates for Planet Hollywood. If you will use many of the items they have I think its a good deal.

BEWARE!!! We decided to keep our memberships (fiquring it was only right) $89.00 charged last month to VISA. Tried to order some gift cards for Christmas gifts and it said my membership was CANCELLED! A week and still haven't been able to resolve this...no $25.00 gas card either. It might help if I could reach someone who spoke english!!! The last 3 people were very hard to understand.

Wow ceecee sorry you had such a hard time with them.We havent had any probs with ours so far (knock on wood). Lucky if your a member of mypoints sing up thru them, its $79 there and you get 200 pts.

deena, i just signed up at my points, how do i get to the connection's memberships?

Is it Simple Escape? But they charge $99 for membership. Is there another one?

Lucky--they have 3 different programs thru mypoints. If you go to earn points and look on the right side of the screen I believe they have the block for Connections and Galleria. Click on the Connections box and it will take you to sign up. Thru mypoints Connections is $79, Simple Escapes is $99 and I believe Galleria is $99 also. Simple Escapes has the WDW vouchers and tickets too. I believe thought they dont have Toys R US and with 4 boys that one is a must for me. Gallleria has Toys R US, KB toys and some other good ones but not restuarants like Olive Garden, Reb Lobster ect. Connections has all of these.
You can click into the sign part of each one and it tells you the best things they offer.

I haven't really had too many problems with them.. but you do need to keep an eye on your credit card statement. I was overcharged for my membership by $20 and they have yet to correct it. I did get the freebie (movie tickets) I was promised... but they waited very close to the end of the 30 day trial to send the voucher for it (since you still have to be a member at the time they process the request).

And, after reading this post, I need to call them to find out what my membership date is... as I don't think I will continue with it after this initial year is up.
