When does splash usually go down for refurb

hi,
Just wondering if there is a normal schedule for splash to refurb? Is it usually a January thing, or February thing? I would like to plan a early spring trip but it has to revolve around splash being open. Does anybody know any historical info?

Usually January but it can differ from year to year. The length of the refurb changes every year too.

Thanks. Hopefully a march trip would be safe then. I will have to keep my eye out for a schedule. Splash is the one ride I would schedule a trip around.
