When does Splash Mountain usually go down for maintenance?

As the title says, at what point in the year does Splash Mountain generally go down for maintenance?

As soon as we are in a log and begin our ascent up the initial climb. Seriously. Been evacuated down those stairs at least 3 times!

And when does "Dinosaur" go down for repairs? When we are he very next car to board. That has happened at least twice.
