When does my 90 days ADR window begin?

We have already booked a Disney Vacation Package with tickets, free dining, and room at the Poly beginning 9/27. We will arrive late on 9/26 and will book a hotel (room only) for just that one night, probably a Value Resort. We have not booked the one night yet so I assume it will be under a different reservation number when we do so.

So does our 90 days for ADR booking start 90 days before our value resort room only stay on 9/26 or our package stay 9/27 (since both are "on property")?

It begins on the day that your package starts So 9/27.

Have heard that some CMS will not book 90 + 10 for a split stay and if you call 90 days from the 26th they will let you book only for that day. Other CMs might let you book for the entire stay. It will depend on who you get.
