We will be at MGM Tues. and my family will want to go in at 8:00 when they open (EE). However, I need to check about upgrading our PHPs before they open. Does anyone know when the guest services window will open? I got conflicting answers when I called Disney. Thanks!

Guest Relations will be open by 8:00 and may very well be open in the 7:30-7:45 range.
