When does lunch end and dinner begin?

Trying to calculate if we are better off with DDP or OOP (staying at DVC with kitchen). Thinking about doing the latest possible lunch at the table service restaurants. What are "lunch" hours and what are "dinner" hours?

I believe that for most Disney restaurants dinner begins at 4:00 PM. Some restaurants like Ohanas don't open for dinner until 5:00 but they don't have a lunch offering.
