When Does EPA for 2017 Become Available?

Hello!

I was looking at park hours for 2017, including the EPA on their website. For 2017, both parks only have the regular opening time for 2017. At first I thought maybe it was just January (when we're going), and maybe since it was slow so there's no EPA. But I looked up through March and there's no time difference on the EPA schedule. Does anyone know when that info typically becomes available?
