When does Disney usually release the Wishes schedule?

Ok, so I am not certain, but we might be planning an adult only trip in January for me and my hubby. My husband has a potential conference that he is considering in January by Sea World. I say he's "considering" because we already have a family trip that we are planning in March to Disney and he's not sure if he wants to go to FL that close together. Anyways being the awesome Disney planner that I am I figure he has until the 180 day mark to make up his mind, LOL. If he does decide he wants to go to this conference how soon do they usually release Wishes schedule? We have never been in January so I am not sure if they hold it at 10 PM like they usually do in March or is it earlier in the night because its January? The reason I am asking this is because since this would be an adults only trip (YIKES!) I was thinking about trying to make an ADR for California Grill for a time where we could watch Wishes. I have always wanted to eat there and watch Wishes but our kids are just too young to appreciate that type of restaurant. Anyways this is all up in the air and I am not even sure about how I feel leaving my kids at home with their Grammy, lol, but we are pulling my oldest DS out of school for our family trip in March so I just can't pull him out twice for 2 trips. Normally, 6 months in advance with the monthly calendars.
They've had some anomalies with late postings lately, however.
