You can book 180 days from travel date. If you are staying on property and have a confirmation number for the reservation already you can book 180 days from your check in date and you can book 10 days out from there. We have always booked at the 180 day mark and chose a day 4-5 days into the trip (essentially booking 185 days out) and have never had a problem getting the exact time we wanted.
