When do you put your Magic Bands on?

I always put ours on at our home airport prior to boarding our flight. I hate scrambling to do it when our flight lands. This way all we have to do is retrieve our luggage and proceed to Disney's Magical Express. I am so gonna miss Disney picking up and delivering our luggage. Just 48 hrs till we board our flight.✈

We drive, so if we already have a newer set then we put them on when we drive into the resort. This last trip we bought all new ones after we arrived (last minute trip with not enough time to have them shipped), so had to open both doors with my phone which was a little annoying.

We usually put ours on before going to one of the Disney parks. You can check-in for DME by giving the person at the desk your name/reservation info. At our resort, we usually only wear it if we plan to make a room charge for purchases at the gift shop or a restaurant.

Once we get checked into our resort and are headed out to park or to spend $$$....we use them to charge back to the room.

I pack them in my carry on backpack in the front small pocket and put it on when the plane lands. No fiddling around necessary.

We put ours on as soon as we touch down in MCO. Gives us something to do while we taxi and wait to deplane.

We keep ours in the glove compartment and put them on once we are on Disney property. The real question for me is when do you take them off? I’ve already drove home and stopped at a store or restaurant on the way home and still had my ears and mb on. Laughed when I saw my reflection in the window while getting back in the car, or knocking my ears off as I get in the car.

Same here. I throw it in my carry on while passing through TSA security, and put it right back on once finished.

We used to put them on earlier, until one fell off going thru TSA (someone behind us picked it up thankfully), so we stopped.

I loved putting mine on before heading to the airport. That excitement is one thing I’m definitely going to miss now that we are Florida residents and will be driving!

Its in my carryon, but the band doesn't go on until we enter the resort and head to our room and then a park.

Usually after I get to the resort room, unpack, and get things sorted. I put it on as I'm getting ready to go. Also I have to decide which one I want to wear, put on the passholder slider, and put on the matching or coordinating band keeper. Some times I grab the band I intended to wear with that outfit, other times I grab one of the special editions I brought along to see if I finally get lucky with a different color or sound at the entrance.

Mine usually goes on while we taxi to the gate at MCO.

I keep it in an outside pocket of my backpack, or whatever bag/pouch I had my stuff in while flying, and put it on the second I can without the FA giving me the eye for grabbing my bag out from under the seat. It kind of gives me something to 'set' that I have arrived LOL.

I hate having to stop once I'm off the plane. Like when I'm there I just want to zip to the fake monorail (I know it's called a peoplemover but I just can't) and listen to Buddy welcome me to Florida.

That being said, I'm using a small clip to put my puck on my Apple Watch for my November trip so I'll actually probably have it on as soon as I get dressed that morning.
