When do you get the coupons for PH?

I was curious about this because we have a grand gatherings of 8 rooms and no one in my family other than our room wants to go to planet hollywood. Can 4 people use 8 coupons? And when do they mail those coupons to you?

Also, the extra time on the speed boats... is that for each room, or just 1 boat?

and if anyone could answer me a seperate question that would be great. My GFs daughter is 18, but is handicapped and has no ID for either the plane or Disney when we get there. Could we bring a birth certificate or something? I am not sure of the procedure on that. Also, her 14 year old daughter has a school ID, but that's about it.

In NY State you can go to the Motor Vehicles Department and get a government issued ID for any aged person, not sure about any other state. Your GF may want to get them a Passport, then they will have all the photo id they will need and sooner or later to board a plane they will need one anyway!

your PH voucher comes in your documents packet shortly before you leave for WDW (usually 2 weeks out)... the packet will also contain your hotel voucher, DME tickets and tags, luggage tags, boat rental voucher and whatever else is included in your package...

can you use 8 for a party of 4? i don't think so, i believe they say one per room, so the most you could use for 4 of you is 4...

what do you want to know about them? there is one per room and it is for buy sixty minutes, get thirty minutes free (for a total of ninety minutes)... how they can be used, one boat for 90, 2 boats for 45 or 3 boats for 90, i am not sure, although i expect if the boats are available they will let you use it in any combination...
