when do we get our DVD?

We're only 18 days away from our trip and we still haven't received our trip planning DVD.

Does anyone know when I can expect it?

When did you order it? Ours took about 2 weeks after we signed up for it.

well we've had our trip booked for months now, and I've requested it more than once while on the phone for reservations/ammendments.

maybe I'll try the website route, only now I wonder if it's too late...

Try going online to the official disney website and order it again. I always get mine a few weeks later.
