When do they release winter Fantasmic dining packages?

Sorry if this is somewhere obvious and my search missed it...we are there in February and wanting to try again for Fantasmic (our kiddo has been too tired to stay each time so far). I'd like to get the lunch or dinner package again, but it seems nothing is available past January 31. Does anyone happen to know the schedule of when they release the dates (i.e., how far in advance)? TIA !
