When do they normally release dates/narrators for CP

Just wondering when they normally release the dates/narrators for CP. We plan on going Dec. 17-23 and we want to include a night/dinner for CP. This was the highlight of our Dec 2000 trip with my parents.

Narrators are generally "tentatively" announced around September, with the "final" list sometime in November. Subject to change, of course.

I am also intrested in this. Is this a parade type thing, or where do you watch/listen to this? I have no idea what the CP is besides reading somewhere that it is the Christmas Story narrated by someone. Does everyone just stand around and listen or is there something else. Any info. would be appreciated.

The program is presented at the small theater back by the American land. Anyone can stand outside the area to watch, however, you can get a reserved seat and combine it with dinner in one of the restaurants at EPCOT. You get a wonderful meal and a great seat to enjoy the show. It is the telling of the Christmas story by a guest narrator, accompanied by a full orchestra and choir. It was a wonderful way to spend your holiday.
