When do the ticket booths open.....close?

Wanting to know when ticket booths open and close say for a day when the park is scheduled to open at 10am but has EMH that moring so really opening at 9. And when do they close when park closing time is 8pm. Thanks for the info. Just wanting to know when I might be able to trade my travel agent certificates fo tickets.
