When do the lights come on?

Grandkids want to be sure to see Toy Story Land and Pandora when those sections of the park are lighted, but we want to see the night time shows at both parks. About how long before sunset does Disney "turn the lights on?" We are going in early September of this year when sunsets will be about 7:40 and the night time shows about 830. Will the parks be lighted before sunset?

"Sunset" happens about a half hour before "darkness."
(That's why the nighttime shows don't start until
30-60 min. after "sunset.")
