I am sorry for all the questions over the last few days, I promise this will be the last one (well hopefully :rotfl2:) as you may be aware me and my fiancee are going in September, however looking at the prices of some of the direct services they are already at like £189 each (whereas we usually pay around £69 each) so we have decided to wait for the indirect service going via Lille, however these have not been released yet, any idea when these get released as I want to get them as cheap as possible!

Thanks in advance.

its 12 weeks before travel that the indirect route is released for sale.

We were hoping to travel by Eurostar in September too but I was pretty shocked at the prices. Is there any chance the direct services will get cheaper? :confused3

no, the direct service price won't get cheaper unfortunately - by phone September seats will have been on sale since around January.

Yeah I doubt the direct prices will get any cheaper, if anything they will just get more expensive, which is why we are planning to travel in-direct this time. Saying that we have travelled in-direct before and to be honest if you get the right service it only takes around 30 minutes more and you have more choice for times, we are looking at going on the 08:04 service arriving into DLP at 11:49 (local time) which for is better than the direct service arriving at 13:57!

Dont get me started on the indirect prices :furious: rang euro star weeks and weeks ago twice to see when my dates where on sale (going 21st -26th july) she said to call on the 27th april she even joked about opening at 8am as i said i will call at 8.05 am just was looking online on firday and my dates where on sale !!!!:furious: so cost me £109 per per not £70 have send email off to complain but got the usual junk response not happy so just keep a eye on it all :wizard:

Thanks for your reply - I don't know why I was so naive as to think they'd get cheaper! :rotfl: I think we'll probably have to book flights rather than risk waiting for indirect prices...as it will be my first trip after moving to London I was hoping to get the Eurostar, but never mind.
