When do the Holiday Lights Get Turned On?

We are going down the week of Nov 13th. Will they have the Holiday decorations on at that time, or do they wait until after Thanksgiving?

The official "lightings" don't start until the day after Thanksgiving. There may be some decorations up, but none of the shows or official lightings start until the day after Thanksgiving.

we wnet this time last year and by the end of our trip there were several Christmas decorations up. I can honestly say they were beautiful even without being lit. "Nobody does it like Disney" as DH would say.

We went last year the week before Thanksgiving, and the Osborne lights were up and on. The Magic Kingdom lights were also on. There were still putting some lights up during the evening, but they were beautiful, and the parks were not crowded. They were not handing out the 3-D glasses at MGM to view the lights (all of the lights look like angels!), but we still enjoyed it.
