When do the Food & Wine Festival booths Close?

Hello!

I'm going to be at WDW during the Food & Wine festival this year, and I was wondering, when do the booths stop serving??

Are they open until park closing or do they close earlier.

I hoping they stay open until park closing so it gives me more time for sampling, but I'd like to know before I arrive.

They would have to be closed, at least before illumnations..because there are no lights to see what they are doing.
