When do the Christmas Decorations go up?

My mother and I were talking about a possible trip to see Universal all decorated for the Holidays. Also what are any must do's for that time of the year. It feels odd to be talking about Christmas when it's almost 100 out.

I asked a CM this exact question last week (as I'm planning a trip also). She said for sure the Wednesday after Thanksgiving. November 30 this year? They are quite impressive to see.

The decorations start to go up in early to mid November and by the end of the month, everything is in place.

I can't wait to see them! We are going down right after Christmas just to see the decorations!

You'll love Christmas at universal the decorations are great...i love the trees in suess landing. make sure you take the time to see Grinchmas, its great and hopefully while you're there you can watch one of the Christmas concerts.

I love Christmastime at Universal. There's Christmas music pumping through the parks, and there's the parade at USF and Grinchmas at IOA.

I think we will both enjoy it. She loves the Grinch, so Grinchmas is a must see! now just trying to pick the dates. thinking of dec. 7-11.
