When do the Animal Kingdom characters dress in Halloween costumes?

I've seen pictures of the characters in Animal Kingdom wearing their Halloween costumes. We'll be going to Animal Kingdom on October 1. Does anyone know if they'll be doing this this year, and when they'll start?

I'd like to know this as well I'll be down Sept. 27-Oct. 1. What are their outfits like? Different from the MNSSHP outfits?

I'm pretty sure they were the same as the MNSSHP costumes in the pictures I saw.

For the Pooh characters it is the same, for the Camp Minnie-Mickey characters it is different (at least it was last year).

Do you know when they start appearing in the costumes? Would they be in them starting October 1 or would it be closer to Halloween?

Unfortunately I can't say. When I got my pictures with them, it was the week of Halloween. However, the day after Halloween they were already in the Christmas outfits at Camp Minnie-Mickey.

Huh! Well, then it seems like they would already be in them by now if they start Christmas that early. I guess I'll just have to wait and see when I get there
