when do the 2004 rates come out?

We are thinking of taking a week trip in late February/early March of 2004.

I would like to know the rates before we reserve a room.

When to the rates for the following year usually come out?

I've made reservations for 8/14/04 and was told by a CM that rates should be out by June or July. You can actually book your room now at the rack rate and apply discount codes when they come out.
