When do rides open at US?

When do rides open at Universal Studios? Can anyone give me a run down? I plan on doing rides only - no shows- on Sunday morning, March 4th. (I will already have seen some shows and rides on another day.) I just saw this post from a recent thread on Theme Parks and Strategies:

Wow, is all I have to say about that post.
There may be a few rides that don't open when the park does, but for the most part you can get on the most popular attractions.

USF - The Mummy, MIB, ET.
IOA - Hulk, Dr. Doom, Spiderman, Dueling Dragons.

The early bird gets the worm. Show up at the parking garage at 8am. Be first to the gate and go in. You'll get 2 hours of walk-on rides.

Jaws opens at 11:00 AM but that is the only one in Universal Studios that opens that late. During peak season Jaws often opens at 10:00 AM though. Earthquake, Twister and Woody coaster open at 10:00 AM.

At IoA, Flying Unicorn coaster opens at 11:00 AM and Popeye's opens at 10:00 AM. All the other rides open at 9:00 AM.


Disney is the same way with a few rides opening later like Jungle Cruise at Magic Kingdom and World Showcase at Epcot.

Anyway, the best thing to do is check the park maps when you enter.

Does anyone know when Terminator is likely to open at this time of year?
We have to leave the park by 12:30pm, so I'd like to make the most of my visit. I will have an express pass.

T2:3D's first show is generally around 9:30 am, but can be as late as 10 am, depending on the time of year. As was said earlier, check your park map for showtimes.

this past weekend, jaws opened at 11. and twister at 10. jimmy neutron and shrek were ready to go at 845 even though the park opened at 9. earthquake opened at 10 and terminators first show was 930 or 10.

do they print times in the pamphlet? or do you have to guess.\
(its been years since we were able to ride jaws.......... always closed)

Yes, Jaws is open. It opens at 11:00 AM right now but often in the busier times, it opens at 10:00 AM. Jut check the park map when you enter. The times are on that.
