When do old tickets "fall off" MDE?

So we stayed at Beach Club in late May. Bought water park tickets for the five of us, as well as a 1-day Epcot ticket for my MIL. All tickets were used.

Now, roughly six weeks later, the MIL ticket and the water park tickets are still listed under the "My Tickets" section of MDE. I would have thought they would have disappeared by now.

How long until these "fall off" my profile?

Not sure....DD and my 5 day tickets from March 2103 are still listed.....as inactive, but still there. If they don't start " falling" off, it is going to get crowded in there

Quite so. Cluttered, if not confusing. I wonder if they could take them off if you called in.

My tickets from August 2013 are still there too. Now I have tickets listed from that trip, plus my upcoming August trip, Villains Unleashed, and my December 2014 trip. :crowded:

are you talking about tickets to get in the park or cards like the key to the world cards?

Just looked thought you could delete them but guess it was only to deactivate... Weird maybe they will move your deactivated ones to a different area at some point in the future?

I had FL Resident Season Pass that expired in December 2013 (7 months ago) still listed and my last 3 trip Key to The World Cards (KTTW) listed. All I could do was disable them through My Disney Experience (MDE). I saw no point having them in the system and displaying in my active MDE area. I just want to see up coming, current, active passes and reservation information when I am in my MDE.

It would be nice if they dropped off automatically, or if I deactivate a pass/card that it is removed from my MDE main page and moved to perhaps an archived page. That way it isn't visible on my active MDE information page, but I could go to an Archive page to 'view' past Park Passes and KTTW Cards, etc.

I eventually called Disney and ask them to remove the old, expired cards and they took care of it.

I have all my hotel reservations, ticket info, FP+ info, and dinning reservations since 2012 on mine. I often wonder if that's why, for me, it takes so long to pull up the app and get where I need to get on it.:scratchin

My KTTK cards are still there from my trip in Mar 2013. I have a trip planned for Sept. It is a package and it shows us having 7 day base tickets in MDE but in the link for My tickets it shows my old KTTK card. I can make my FP+ reservations soon and I am trying to figure out if this is going to be a problem.
