When do I get image posting privileges?

Hi all, I'm new and trying to post a DCL Trip report, but I'm going to have to delete everything I have written if I cannot post images. When do I get the privilege of posting images that are hosted on Flickr?

I believe you have to have 10 posts. You can up your post count on the following thread https://www.disboards.com/threads/posting-to-up-your-post-count.3757047/
