When do I get credit for a Sunshine Rewards survey

I just joined Sunshine Rewards last night. I tried to do several surveys but after typing in the preliminary information I was told I did not qualify.

I finally got into a survey this morning which said I would earn .60 credits. After I completed it I assumed I would see my credit posted but did not. Did I do something wrong......... I definitely completed the survey. How long does it take to get credit?

it usually takes a day to see credit for surveys since tricia has to get the information from the survey company. Also if you do any Fri-Sun you won't see credit until Monday. Just an fyi.

Thanks so much for the quick answer.......... One more quick question... is it likely that I will be able to do one survey everyday? As I said earlier I tried at least 10 different surveys last night and was never "picked" for any of them. I'm new to this whole "rewards" thing and would love to earn some Disney Dollars for my trip to Disney in January. ( to celebrate my retirement)

I'm having this problem too. I joined 3/31 and yesterday was the first day I tried all day and didn't qualify for any survey. I'm having the same problem today. It's very frustrating!!

Try putting in your husband's demographic and having him try to do a survey. That sometimes has helped me in the past. Also try back at different times of the day. I have been able to do a survey each day for the past month.

Thanks I'll try my husbands info and see if he'll do one. I did try different times of day and just nothing. I finally got one today.

I have been doing SR for a while. I find I can only get into about 3-4 surveys a week, and that is if I put in a lot of effort to get them.

The credit may take several days to show up. I have never had a problem getting credit for them though.

Thanks for responding.......... I was hoping to be able to do a survey everyday but I can see now that may be unrealistic. If I am waiting for a credit for a survey should it show as "pending" on my account balance.... Thank you so much... you are all most helpful!

No they don't show up as pending on the rewards sites because everything is tracked through the survey company's database that the reward sites download each morning.

Make sure you wait the 24 hours before doing one the next day. If you do one at 10 am on Monday, you need to wait until 10:01 am on tuesday before you do another one. Otherwise they won't credit.
